A favorite cheese of both kids and just about anyone who likes their cheese on the milder side. Muenster is tasty and inoffensive, and looks nice when cubed, too, thanks to the mottled red-orange (edible) rind.

Muenster melts very well and is great for grilled cheese, and it also works perfectly on sandwiches with milder meats (like chicken, turkey, and bologna).
